CFM Schiller is a highly qualified specialist in the fields of vibration-isolated mounting and engineering. Its strength is its endeavour to meet specific customer requests through high-level specialisation on the one hand and great flexibility on the other. CFM Schiller is able to look back on 25 years of experience, and employs just under 50 people in design, manufacture and administration to date.

Specialisation in problem solving for vibration isolation for the protection of buildings and persons developed at an early age. Today, dynamic systems and test installations are no longer conceivable without vibration isolation. Vibration isolation is available in two main formats steel spring and pneumatic, both ideally suited to high dynamic loadings.

To compliment pneumatic springs, our level controls are employed for the automatic vertical and position control of clamping plates, foundations and other seismic masses. These turn the air spring suspension into a functioning system. We supply a mechanical level control of type MC 300 and electrical level controls of types LC 300 and LC 302.

In addition to spring systems offered we can also carry out detailed design of seismic mass installations and their respective elements, for example reinforcement schedules finite element analysis etc.
